Your path after receiving your report
Once you've completed your 23&Me test, you'll send us your raw data (this is your genetic coding, not the report you receive from them). From this, I will create your personalized Gene RX report. We'll then schedule a 1.5-hour appointment to thoroughly review your results together. Following this, we'll work consistently to implement the dietary, supplemental, and lifestyle changes recommended in your genetic report. It's recommended to have follow-up appointments every 2-3 weeks for the first 12 weeks, as it typically takes a minimum of 8 weeks to guide your genes into their most beneficial "good" position.
