My beginning

Hi! My name is Rebecca and my journey into natural health began when I faced unresolved health issues myself. After spending thousands on various treatments without success, I decided to take matters into my own hands. I enrolled at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, and upon graduation, I started working with clients part-time while gaining invaluable experience at a health food store. This allowed me to learn about supplements, speak with vendors, and discern high-quality products from those to avoid.

Expert guidance and continuous growth

From there, I had the incredible opportunity to work alongside Dr. Anouk at Triskel Health. This experience was invaluable, as Dr. Anouk trained me extensively in genetics, SIBO, food sensitivities, and much more. I cannot express enough gratitude for the knowledge and experience gained during that time.

Since I have graduated from CSNN, I have completed additional courses/ training in Metabolic Balance, Epigenomics 

Having navigated my own health challenges, I believe my personal journey uniquely qualifies me as a compassionate and effective Nutritional Consultant.

Science-backed and supportive approach

At Healthy Habits, I utilize only science-backed testing and nutritional support. In an age where health advice can be overwhelming and often misguided (like on TikTok), I offer a supportive and understanding approach with my clients. I don't expect immediate, drastic changes – though I celebrate them when they happen! I understand that change is difficult. Having spent five years actively supporting my own gut health, I can personally attest that things do get better when you commit to the work.
